    NOTE - Customers that have weekly service will be supplied the necessary chemicals upon opening the pool, chemicals will be replenished if needed during the season and billed accordingly.

    Please submit this form as soon as possible to ensure your preferred week. All openings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Late phone-in requests will be assigned as dates are available.

    *Cover repairs: If repairs to your pool cover are needed, a $200 shipping & handling charge applies to send it to NY for a quote, even if repair is not authorized once quote is received. This includes pick-up, removing springs, cleaning and packaging to ship. If a repair is authorized, we will re-install the hardware when it is returned.

    Pool opening includes: Cover removal, summerizing equipment, and system start up (which includes adding shock & chemicals as needed, vacuuming, cleaning decks, tile washing, if needed, re-installation of ladders and rails, and starting up heater, if applicable.
